    Keeping Track

Anyone have any good suggestions for ways to keep close track of how much execise you're doing? I have written it down on a calendar, but tend to forget or get tired of doing it...

But I'd like to look back to see what I've done.

    Thoughts?

well, to keep track you have to remember to write it down. or type it up.. that's all there is to it.

i take a piece of paper in the gym with me. after each set i write in the amt of weight i did.

I keep it in a notebook. Or you could post what you need to remember in the journal section

Hey Everyone. Thanks for the feedback. I guess my question seemed really simple but I just needed something that would not only keep track but motivate too. So I did a little bit of research online and actually found a site I decided to try, which I like a lot so far!

    It's: amerathonclub.com

Thanks again for the responses... I'm off to workout, then log it all!
