Well after loosing 128 lbs I have decided to take the plunge and have surgery to remove my man boobs. My right side is the worst but I've came this far I want to finish off my body to look good.

I know at almost 49 I'll never have the body of a 19 year old but I always had them and they were a lot worse when I was big. No matter how much cardio weights and clean eating I've done they just won't go away. July 25 is my date and I'm really nervous but it's something I always wanted to do. Wish me luck.........marty

Just out of curiosity....how much does something like that cost? I have lost almost 60lbs but would like to lose another 40 but my manboobs have yet to decress in size (infact it looks like they got bigger since my body got smaller). Just hoping I dont have to come to surgery. Did you get insurance to payfor it or just out of pocket? Thanks for any info!

it's called ghino plasty or something along those lines i'm only 16 but i watched a television program staeing that 2/5 of men have either heavy or mile ghino plasty and it happens during the late teens so i still have to wait to see if i get it, my father has it, its just when your body gets confused during a high stress moment and loses touch with its hormones, thus men grow breasts i'm guessing you all know that, but still, good luck in your operation and tell us all how it went

im only 14 and ive lost 80 lbs and still have them. i might be getting the surgery in november, but what's your opinion?

You're getting surgery at 14 years old? What a world we live in...Dude just stick in there and wait till you're more developed. That's like getting braces on your baby teeth.
