| | Well i just listen to my favorite songs while training, doesn't matter if they are ampful ( ? ) or not. They help me train though...
Heart Songs - Weezer
The Zephyr Song - Red Hot Chili Peppers
I Could Die For You - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Maddening Shroud - Frou Frou (Most Frou Frou songs are good)
Bittersweet Poetry - Kanye West
Hey Mama - Kanye West
Family Business - Kanye West
Better Dayz - 2pac
Ode to Joy - Friedrich Schiller/Beethoven
Everyday Normal Guy - Jon Lajoie (Parody type)
Everyday Normal Guy 2 - Jon Lajoie (Parody type)
Final Fantasy 10 To Zanarkand Once Again - Russel Cox
Get up and Go - Broadcast 2000
How to destroy a relationship - The servant
Leaving The Past - Immortal Technique
You never know - Immortal Technique
Last Train Home - Lost Prophets
Rooftops - Lost Prophets
The Fake Sound of Progress - Lost Prophets
Wonderwall - Oasis
San Fransisco - Midicronica
Island in The Sun - Weezer
I know random, disjointed track that most of you may perceive as mainstream garbage. But try them out most are really good songs (IMO). Also where you see a rap artist eg. Immortal Technique, Kanye West Don't discount it just because it's rap... They actually have meaningful meanings.... |

You gotta enjoy stuff. I like looking at stuff and how they work. Like you see someone quit or perhaps staring at a person's butt on the treadmill or whatever machine and follow the form they're doing. Like when you see someone running you sort of get amazed at all the body parts moving and all that. Even more so when I run outside, I like the sound of stuff. Or when you cross someone on the run. It sorts of excites me when I see someone afar. Like I gotta go there and say hello or something, you know.
Or when I'm swimming and I see someone getting tired. It pumps me up. Like gotta do better than them and carry the weight. | How can you not listen to music? I listen to it during everything I do: backpacking, lifting weights, cleaning around the house, driving. I would listen to it while I ride my horse but I think that's a dangerous habit so instead I sing (like a princess from a Walt Disney flick) while I'm out on trail.
Anywho, I think it must be an addiction thing. Let's face it though, most enjoyable things are.
Oh and to the original post I listen to mostly death metal while I lift. I can't listen to thrash most of the time cause it's too fast for weights. |

| | | I can't listen to anything when I'm running or I'll get hit by some idiot! I run on a gravel road so the only part I can run on is the car tracks. A lady got hit on the same road (on the paved part that is hwy) and broke her back because she was listening to music and not paying attention. I like listening to the birds and the sounds of nature anyways and it is so beautiful you can see for miles in every direction. I usually daydream to keep my mind off how tired I am. |

| | | There is POWER in one's "internal music" when one is a mentally trained mechanic.
Each one of you are Strong all day long and before Long will sing your Song, and will yell louder than King Kong,-----------And you wont make me wrong Ding Dong!
I KNOW IT! Be your own Music Power Plant and Make Your POWER PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yep, music can cause a mental rush.
Feel it. Pull it into your heart. Hear it sing.
Best regards,
Chillen

But I respect that some of you can do it without the music. That's good. Probably ideal. But at least for now, I likes my Bodies and my Pulse of the Maggots.
Also, earlier, I missed two songs:
Limp Bizkit, Godsmack and Disturbed - Blood In My Eyes
Mos Def & Massive Attack - I Against I
They go in the middle area. I can't be bothered. Also I'm pretty sure nobody cares. |

Where did you get hit by a car (like what bodypart) I got hit just about where you would land a low kick if you wanted to hurt someone |

That sounds painful and... maiming. I got clipped on my right hip once (I was reading and walking, and crossing streets through red lights without noticing, lol) which spun me around and knocked me on my ass, the bruises were lovely. I got rolled once (ummm, how to explain this, I saw it coming, and I jumped up, so I rolled across the hood and bounced my back off the windshield and landed pretty much on my feet). That was the truck. That time was just me being stupid - was jaywalking from behind a blind corner. And the third time, I got hit while riding my bike. Dude wouldn't let me get in the lane, sideswiped me and sent me flying. I spun in the air a couple times and came down on my back. Looked like it would've been real painful (landing on your back usually is in my experience), but didn't actually hurt much at all, or do any damage. Got a pretty nice settlement out of it by pretending it did, though. Hahahaha. That dude needed to be taught some manners anyway.
Um, just for the record, I am not at all endorsing getting hit by vehicles, or being careless. I am a dumbass. A lucky dumbass. Say no to drugs, kids, and stay in school. |

Drowning Pool - Bodies
Mudvayne - Happy
Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People
Fort Minor - Remember The Name

In that order. I defy you to come up with a better 75 mins to train to. |
That's an awesome playlist! I think I have all of those songs but 2 on my iPod. I also like to workout to Slayer.
And Disturbeds' new CD Indestructable is awesome.
And Lil' Wayne feat. Fat Joe - 300 is an awesome song!
