Hi fellow members,
I'm an undergraduate student conducting a study on exercise and the positive effects it has on mentall well-being. I know the users of this site are avid fitness followers. Below is a link that will take you to the survey. It should only take five minutes MAXIMUM.
Also, if you have friends interested in this kind of thing, please spread the word.

| | | Just a heads up to other forum members, this IS a legit survey. Only took a couple of minutes to complete, and it does not ask for your email or any personal information, just basic demographics.
Since this is truly a research study, for WSU.edu, please only complete the survey once so the poster gets legit data. |
