Pretty sure things are funny whether or not you get them. Don't mean to be mean, but there are a lot of things you don't get. I esplain:

You implied that evo had never said that something wasn't fitting. This is of course the case, as he did not use that word, but almost entirely irrelevant to the subject at hand (get it, at hand? Ahahahahahahah XD).

Because you are also clearly mistaken about whether or not he in fact directly stated that it was the case that such responses in threads were the cause of the perceived drop in activity (and he did, if you'll look back, whether or not he was being serious is another matter), one can only assume that you either have very poor attention to detail and/or reading comprehension, or were referring to something else with your "off-topic" interjection. And that that something else was penis.

My deducing this is hilarious because of the ironical nature of replying to evo's statement with shameless, full-blown vulgarity. And miss fit also correctly inferred that I was playing BigTom. Further, I may have, through misdirection, caused it to appear to some viewers that you yourself were doing the same, though this obviously was not your intention, and is probably something the very suggestion of which would make you feel nauseated. All that in addition to mocking you directly, I mean.

Not really. I already feel pretty good. Just explaining what you don't get, is all, since you remarked on it. This is a pretty standard response in human socializing, afaict.

Also, if you did have said reading comprehension, you'd realize that you clearly misinterpreted what I just said, w/ regard to your reading comprehension. Had nothing to do with getting the joke, but rather with being mistaken about what was or was not said, though it is there to see, "plain as day".

Yeah, I can't really help it. Once I go into lecture mode, I start composing the way I'm used to (I do some TA'ing, some tutoring, and a lot of "proofreading" of said research papers, from profs here at the Uni, mostly, and **** me if they aren't an illiterate bunch of chimps, the whole lot of them) in that context.
