| | | Joe Blow is just a name for your experience on the site. A few more and you'll move to Newb, Junior Member, Senior Member, etc.
Tags are just keywords to help people find your post if it relates to something specific. So we could tag one 'routine' then people can click on 'routine' on the left and browse posts that are tagged with it.
