I couldn't say... I will be lifting weights untill I am too old to actually gain any more mass, and when I reach that age, and when I die, I will be proud of how hard I worked.

I think a good finishing goal, after years, would be 250-300 lbs. **** I got a long way to go, but I have a lot of years ahead of me.

I was intoducted to body building when I was 5, and my big bro brought me to a few body building competitions, now at 16, I'm trying to make my dream real.

So heck, when I win Mr. Olympia.

I would pretty happy with a body somewhere along the lines of Ryan Reynolds or Matthew McConaghey (SP??). Problem is, they're a bit taller than i am, and i'm better looking... (there isn't a smilie to demonstrate my extreme sarcasm)

Really, looks play a minimal part for me, all my goals center around bf level, weight, and just plain being fit. I really dont think he wants LL Cool J's life there homeskillet. I think thats just the body he aspires for. Setting goals is essential to some peoples success. For you it may be easy to "just train", but for other people they need something to work towards to help keep them going.
