I'm gonna squat heavy and then, later, squat light. Teeheehee. Maybe do some salsa dancing, and/or name that tune night at the pub.

    Happy trails amigo.

Wait, is July 4th a holiday?

Just finished my lower split and 40 minutes of cardio.

In about an hour, we are going to the park to cookout and play some basketball.

Then later, we are going to the lake to watch the fireworks over the dam in our boat.

How is it going with you, young man?!

    Keep ROCKEN!

Best wishes to ALL each every day!

XBOX, movies, books, and BBQ. That is the plan for the weekend.

    XBOX - Mass Effect
Movies - We have 500+ here so I will mack choices as the mood hits me.
Books - 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - Jules Verne
BBQ - Spare Ribs w/ my custom sauce, Cajun Pork Roast, Shrimp on the Barb.

We are having guests for most of this food. Of course Sunday will be Donut Day.

I am still considering picking up some fireworks as well.

Made my son pancakes and eggs for breakfast. Went for a walk down main street and got a brownie. Stopped by the pond to feed the ducks. Ate lunch, went to park to play basketball while my son slept. Noone there but one guy after about 45 minutes. Beat him 1 on 1.

Went to a friends and ate some bbq. Took my son and wife to watch fireworks. Now here and to bed.

That made me smile to know that Goergen is planning to save the universe this weekend in Mass Effect.

Great game I hear eh? Haven't got to try it yet myself.

The fourth was awesome for me btw, awesome fireworks show and a couple of my old friends that I hadn't seen for a few years came to one of my friends house and seven of us sat around the fire drinking some booze and talking about old times, was a riot.
