Thread: who cheated during superbowl

I didn't cheat during the superbowl....but I did cheat today. Shame on me! heh.

I went to a mechanic shop I used to work at and my friend invited me to lunch. We went to a Mexican place. Let's just say, even their salad's were on the naughty list.

Well, guess I need to work it off now! 2 hours of exercise should do the trick.

as long as you fit it into your calories who cares. I have been cutting downing large pizzas.

Only downside is don't get carried away- then you will find yourself eating too many carbs/fats and not enough protein. And you don't feel as full when you eat junk.

I defiantly cheated during the superbowl, cheated by about 12 pints and a few shots! Made up for it two days later in the gym though, nothing the sauna and a few weights won't sort out
