workout music

I know there is a similar thread with the "what are you listening to now" thread but thought this has a different focus. What or who do you listen to when your working out?

I have found that I prefer different music for my weight training as opposed to my cardio. For the weight workouts, Ive been listening to: Rage, Pantera, Madball, DMX, Tool, and my buddy's band Homicidal. I find the loud angry music gets me pumped.

Cardio...I can deal with some mellower music, usually something uptempo but doesnt need to be nearly as loud. Chili peppers, classic rock, etc.

I like Disturbed - Down With The Sickness.

It makes me want to rip someones limbs off and beat them with it.....

I like Dance/Techno for cardio.

Dude metal is the best for me when working out.

Last night it was Rebel Meets Rebel.

I was listening to Ministry on the treadmill the other night and I just wanted to keep running faster. I actually was up to 9.5 on it. The fastest I've done
while listening to Psalm 69 LOL
