I know there is a similar thread with the "what are you listening to now" thread but thought this has a different focus. What or who do you listen to when your working out?
I have found that I prefer different
music for my weight training as opposed to my cardio. For the weight workouts, Ive been listening to: Rage, Pantera, Madball, DMX, Tool, and my buddy's band Homicidal. I find the loud angry
music gets me pumped.
Cardio...I can deal with some mellower
music, usually something uptempo but doesnt need to be nearly as loud. Chili peppers, classic rock, etc.
