| | | it really depends on your fitness level... have you worked out before? 1st thing is to look at your diet and start making small tweaks to healthier nutrition (diet is responsible for 60-80% of our body) then start working out... body weight exercises are key for beginners and start some light cardio. But not just cardio alone. |

Also, for right now, you need a good understanding on your specfic muscle groups and what exercises traing them.
