Any genuine ways to improve progress + Holiday
Hi, i have been working out for about 5 weeks now, and i am happy with what i have achieved so far, but i was just wondering what can be doneto speed up results. Rather than changing routine and diet too much, as i feel i am doing pretty well with them as this is my first 5 weeks with it, just on my 5th week now.
If i increase cardio sessions to 6 times a week instead of 2-3 will that see the fat drop off much quicker or is there only so much cardio can do. I am currently doing my WT sessions with one days rest in between.
I don't want to take steroids, but would any kind of supplements help with muscle growth or should i just keep going at it? I hear a lot of people in the Gym talking about Creatine, but as far as i understand all this does is give you move energy, rather than speeding up results??
Just wondering as i have two more weeks to go until my holiday and i want to look my best lol.
Also when i go on Holiday for the week, i don't think theres a gym there, will this make me go backwards and lose some of the progress i have achieved? Or should i just make sure i go for a run each morning on the beach and also do some pushups, situps and other things that don't require weights.
