Thanks | I have a list of 50 or so differnt push ups and 50 or so different sit ups to help if you want. Also don't forget about squats and bridging. I have a long list of different squats also. Different types of bridging for the neck and back. If you want a good basic source of body weight workouts get the Army's FM 21-20, it has whats called grass drills. They are a very good cardio/muscle building workout. If you want the list drop me a PM with you email and I will shoot them over. |

| | | Since no one has mentioned lower body, here are a few:
One-legged squats aka pistols (these are done with the non-working leg held out straight in front of you and without balancing aids.In others words, you can't hold onto anything like a wall or side rail to help support you. These are the king of lower body weightless exercises).
Lunges
Burpees
Mountain climbers
Glute/ham raises
Reverse hypers
Supermans
Super dogs
L sits
Planks |

Thanks | search on google for matt furey for a bodyweight only workout that will tax most "gym fit" guys in a way they wouldn't believe, and a different kind of body strength.
