Question College Grad in Need of Advice

Hi there,
This is my first post on this website and I am already excited for the feedback. I appreciate all of it.
I am 6'5 200 pounds, therefore overall skinny but starting to gain some weight in my stomach. I am optimistically attributing this gain of weight to my great last four years at BC.
I am just starting a workout. I plan on going to the gym weekdays, spending about 1-1.5 hrs per trip. My goals are to tighten my body and add muscle. Here is what I was thinking for a basic strategy.

3 times a week upper body
- bench press, curls, shoulder and tricep exercises, situps

2 times a week running 3 miles
-this way I work my legs and get some cardio. I lose a little weight and keep in shape

Any advice on the direction of my plan is much appreciated! Thanks again.

Check out the weight training part of the forum, that'll give you everything you need to know about routines etc...top few posts are stickies with all the info required

Nutrition part of the forum will tell you a lot about what to eat, supplements etc and when you've read those, post what youi've come up with and people will critique it/tweak it!

Best of luck
