Well i'm not one to be handing out advice but i can guess what replies you'll get. Provide details most likely. Such as age, height, measurements, BMI, BMR, your current diet, what you actually want to achieve from the workout.

Without some of that i doubt some of these guys can help you. Also I've been reading that The Diet is around 80% of all weight loss/gain issues and so you may need to change that.

You may not want to train daily, this could result in over training, which is a bad thing... But then again, some of the more experienced member may beg to differ...

5pirit is spot on, as a personal trainer we don't like to give programs out without having some history and even then we would rather meet you in person to be able to design a program to maximize your gains.

There are quite a few websites out there that offer free program design and communities where you can find like minded people who are trying to achieve similar goals. I use gyminee.com that has a program design ability and pre-designed programs by members. They are not always designed by professionals but seem to be fairly good.

I hope this helps.

its true that we do need more info about your body to give you the best type of advice. but since your new to the game, your best bet while your developing a workout plan is to get knowlege. read articles and ask questions. visit my fitness site for PLENTY of exercises, training and nutrition articles, basically a bunch of stuff to help you out to learning how to get to your goals.

as someone starting out though, ide advice to stick to the basics like squats, bench press, barbell curls...get those basic movements down pat and then you can work on the variations of them for more detail, mass, whatever.
