Fat Loss

If I start my HIIT to lose body fat...average weight, height...age 40. Eating clean...When can I expect to see results and from there how fast will it come off?

If you are eating clean, eating 5-7 meals every 2-3 hours, incorporating some strength training and HIIT, depending on your size, you can see 1-2lbs of fatloss a week. Anything more that that would not be healthy, unless you are a fairly large person, you can expect to see some larger numbers.

Sounds about right to me. Good advice.
