Fitness Trainer - A Day in the Life
Hi everyone,
I'm new here and this is my first post. I'm just curious - what is a day in the life of a fitness trainer like?

Well let me put you through my day!
I rise at the ungodly hour of 5am and head for work, its a 10 minute drive. I roll in the doors and turn on the t.vs set the channels open the windows make sure the bathroom is clean etc.
By that time it is usually about 6.am. 6am my first appointment! I dont know who it is I dont really care at that stage. I get through my appointment and Im usually awake again. From there I walk the floor talk to everyone and see how peoples programs are going.
My next appointment this is the one that I usually know what the story is before the client arrives. I go through that whether it is a fitness assessment programme intro whatever.
Its now 10 oclock time to do some cleaning. I go through the gym make a list of what needs to be done and me and a student go through and clean (mainly the student muahaha)
11am time for lunch. I go into the staffroom cook my chicken and veg and munch it down. I usually follow this with defending my number one spot on the table tennis ladder.
12.00am Time for another appointment this is usually a personal training session with a regular that has been in a car accident we usually go through and work on some movements that mimic everyday movements like putting things on shelves and picking things up.
By this time its 1 oclock, time for administration last hour is spent doing paperwork and then a quick once over the gym with the sanitiser.
2 oclock is the time I finish and also the time that I workout.
Thats it!

The physios refer clients to me and tell me what their requirements are and I design programs from there.

I mostly train close friends and family members. The way I get my name out there is by creating fitness products on the internet - as opposed to getting up each and every day and heading to a local gym.
This lifestyle is much easier because I train a selected group of people in the real world - and hundreds of other people online.
My day consists of article writing, putting up fresh content on my site, and helping people [electronically] with their fitness problems.
