Cool gettin lazy

ok, so i wud run for 60mins at 6.2mph...........and do 200ab crunches and 50Lbs pulley-weights.............

n then it had gotten easy, so i switched to 30min of 7.2mph........and same as above...

n then that too got easy, so i switched to 15min of 8mph...........asaa

i was advised to do the resistance/wt training b4 cardio...

does wat im doin make any sense...or is 60min of 6.2mph a good strategy..im 5-3, 116Lbs............toning my arms n tummy n losin lil love-handles..

someone gimme a nicer more-effective strategy please..

The recipe for firmness is 4-5 days a week of cardio that gets your heart rate up to 75-85 percent of your theoretical max. Weight training 3 times a week. Your diet has more to do with it than your exercise routine.
