Is this a good workout for me?

I am 14 years old I stand 5'9 and I weigh 160
I wanted to do one week of just getting my body back into working out and now I made my permanent workout schedule please comment.

Mondays:
Arm Curls3 Sets,15 Reps, 20 Pounds
Dumb Bell Bench Press 3 Sets, 15 Reps, 20 Pounds
Pec Curls 3 Sets, 10 Reps, 60 Pounds
Push Ups 3 Sets,15 Reps
Sit Ups 2 Sets, 50 Reps
Reverse Curls 3 Sets, 15 Reps, 20 Pounds
Bench Press 3 Sets, 10 Reps, 125 Pounds

Tuesdays:
5 Minutes Warm Up Job 3% Incline speed of 5.0 M.P.H.
3 Minutes Of Jump Roping
5 Minutes Running Inplace with weights on legs
Leg Curls 3 Sets, 15 Reps, 125 Pounds
15 Minute Jog/Run/Spring

Wednesdays:
Arm Curls3 Sets,15 Reps, 20 Pounds
Dumb Bell Bench Press 3 Sets, 15 Reps, 20 Pounds
Pec Curls 3 Sets, 10 Reps, 60 Pounds
Push Ups 3 Sets,15 Reps

Bench Press 3 Sets, 10 Reps, 125 Pounds

Thursdays:

That's a pretty crappy routiune, why no lower body work, back work?

If you want to train 3x per week i could give you a few good programs.

This will give you a great starting point if you want to get big and strong.

Yeah man, I gotta agree with newf so far, also, think about the actual exercises and when you do them. After you hopefully develop a better routine, you should put the hardest exercises first, the compound lifts.

For example, you have bench press last, it should be first. Put th isolation exercises last. Read around a little more too to get a better sense of exercises and routines, etc. good luck, and keeping asking questions

the 5x5 is a great program! ive had some progress on it, spechally in the deadlift and squat. bench and rows im having a bit troubble with, mainly rows since i dont think i do them quite right
