I wanted to do one week of just getting my body back into working out and now I made my permanent workout schedule please comment. | | That's a pretty crappy routiune, why no lower body work, back work?
If you want to train 3x per week i could give you a few good programs.

| | | Yeah man, I gotta agree with newf so far, also, think about the actual exercises and when you do them. After you hopefully develop a better routine, you should put the hardest exercises first, the compound lifts.
For example, you have bench press last, it should be first. Put th isolation exercises last. Read around a little more too to get a better sense of exercises and routines, etc. good luck, and keeping asking questions |
