Hi,
First thing I would like to say is, just stop worrying, because worrying will never help you.
You know you are over weighing , so first find the reasons why you are over weighed?
If it is your food habit, then change it. Avoid high fat content foods and include lots of fruits and vegetables.
Then if you are some one who spends most of the time working on computer you obviously will gain weight .
So in order to avoid it, just have food not to content your belly , but make sure you are taking healthy one.
And you must do work outs to burn calories.
Hope this helps.

I agree, life can and will get better if you have the right attitude! Just work hard, have some goals and stay motivated and work toward becoming a healthier person. Whatever you do, don't get down on yourself. It doesn't do any good.

You should be making contributions to really and truly trying to assist people with there fitness and/or health goals, instead of spamming this respectable site with your, BS.

Promoting a site and/or sites is frowned upon, without permission with persons in the position to give it.

Additionally, the OP hasn't responded since the 28th, and has not provided any sort of feedback, and future posts may be in vain. This is sad, so lets hope he contributes to his own cause and thread.

Best regards,

Chillen
