Help me please

hi everybody...

I need some help from you guys if you don't mind...
I have about 4 months (for some first results I mean) and I would like to request a training program.
I am 5'10" and 140-145 lbs... not too fat, not too skinny but I would like to develop my muscles...
I want them to show up when I take my shirt off...
Not that I want to get bigger, I just want to get cut (spelling ?)
I hope it's not a too big request....
I am planning on going to the gym at least 3 times a week and for about 1 hour-1,5 hours....
Thanks a ton

Hi. Firstly you really should not exercise for more than 45 mins to an hour per workout. After that time you will end up burning muscle tissue for energy which will defeat the purpose. Here are some great programs to follow.

I hope this helps

"Getting cut" is a process of losing body fat and building muscle - don't neglect a good, clean diet when starting your routine.

definitely watch your diet, the results you're looking for will depend highly on that - especially the cutting part. eat a lot of whole grains, veggies, & good proteins like egg whites, etc. if you havent already, toss out the fast food (if any), sodas, junk food, etc. and good luck to you.

Thanks a lot guys

I am planning to go to the gym after work...

But at the end of the day, I am really hungry....

What should I do before working out ? Can I or should I eat ?

Should I only eat a banana or something light ?

Thanks again

Well I don't really pay attention to what I eat.
I don't eat junk food cuz I can't stand it.
Nor I drink anything like sodas...
When I get home from work I just have dinner: pasta, or ground beef, or something to fill my stomach up...
But Now that I am going to work out, I don't know if I should eat after/before or after and before and what ?
I know that when I get back to work I am hungry and I can't work out hungy cuz I'd feel weak. So I feel like eating but then after work out I will for sure be hungry again... So I am confused. I should eat a little before and after or only before ? I mean I also don't want to get fat u know....

well my preworkout meal consists of a turkey on whole grain, that's about 45 minutes before, and a 15g whey protein shake about 15 min before. then after i have a potato and another protein shake(~40g whey).. but remember you should be eating @ least 6 meals a day to ensure your metabolisim is always running, especially while cutting..
