Hi All

I've just been to a gym and now have a personal trainer however even after telling them what I want to acheive I don't feel overly confident with them.

I am currently 170cm tall and weigh 90kg

I want to bulk up a little bit, lose my body fat and tone up.

My trainer has me doing 2 half hour boxing sessions a week and 1 half hour weights session but this doesn't seem like much for me to reach my goals?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You should duplicate some of what you are leaning from your trainer on your off days. That will help speed things up.

2 half hour boxing sessions with 3 full body weight training sessions and 2 days of recovery with a solid diet. That'll be 50 bucks. Thanks.

Cardio?

What type of cardio does your trainer have you do aside from boxing? Even if you are into boxing, it seems like you should be doing other types of cardio exercises; biking, running, swimming, jumping jacks, jump roping, etc. You get various endurance trainings by doing different types of cardio. Rocky Balboa was always doing various types of cardio .
Also, what is your diet like? To build muscle and lose fat it is best to eat 5-6 meals a day in small portions and eat lots of protein.
Hang in there!
