| | | Man Boob/ Chest fat question I am about 5' 11 220 pounds and have belly and chest fat.
Over 1 month i have been runnning 20-30 mins every night, and ive been dieting. Also, ive cut out all the coke and junk drinks, the main reason for this is to try to lose the chest fat (or man boobs). I know this isnt a case of gyno, just built up fat.
over about 1 month of doing this every day, i have noticed a slight decline in the amount of fat in the chest area, as well as in the belly, but not a whole lot.
My question is, can any type of weight lifting for the chest area help reduce man boobs?
and is one month too short of a time to expect a great decline/ dissapearance of man boobs? |

I've been dieting and exercising for about 4-5 months. The first month i lost a lot, but after that month it really slows down. Thats when you gotta start making small changes here and there to keep your body guessing. Don't stick with the same routine, it will eventually lose effectiveness. Mix up the types of cardio, and throw some weight training in there, you wont be sorry. |

| | | You're doing what you should be doing to get rid of fat. But even though weights wont help by spot-reducing, they will help by giving your chest a nice, uplifted shape (sorry if that sounds funny). Look at a lot of proffesional wrestlers. Without the muscle they have, they would have male tits. |

| | | sounds liek your objective is to lose fat, and build some muscle, so when the fat is gone, you look good nekkid.
1 month isn't long in the grand scheme of things. however being faithful to your routine and balanced diet...1 month IS a good thing. if you can go that long and be good, without craving or slamming down junk food in binges, then you're on your way to permanent weight loss and better health.
keep searching for new motivation, and keep on exercising. it WILL happen if you make it. |

YOU SAY YOU HAVE CHEST FAT, YOUR SKIN IS STRETCH OUT BECAUSE OF IT, SO YOU NEED TO START BUILDING MUSCLE IN YOUR INTIRE BODY. THE MORE MUSCLE YOU HAVE, THE MORE FAT YOU BURN. I HAVE TRAINED MANY PEOPLE WITH THIS PROBLEM, AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE WAY YOU LOOK. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS JUST EMAIL ME |
