Muscle Recovery and Calinsthenics

How much recovery time is often need for calinsthenics? Are they harmful to do everyday? How about 2 30 minute workouts a day about 12 hours apart? Currently I do calinsthenics about 45 minutes MWF and go to the gym for a little weight lifting for my upper body (about 15 minutes worth). Tuesday and Thursday I have about 45 of calinsthenics but eliminate the push-ups to rotate the muscles more. Would it be harmful to do pushups all 5 days?
