Yesterday, Sunday 3/6

-100 regular pushups
-100 crunches
-25 diamond pushups
-25 pullups ( slanted cuz machine )
-50 Twisting Situps
-25 regular pushups

a little over 30 min run today . Not doing HIIT cuz spock said that hiit isnt good for a 13 year old?
