Online program, reliable? vegan nutrition.

As personal training from qualified personel; i.e. college degree in sports science or related, is not available in my country with ease, I went online and found this site and appears to be a good alternative.

Received a reply from Sixpacknow.com regarding my skeptical thoughts on working online with a vegan diet.

"Hi xxxxxxx

We customize each program so being vegan is not a problem, we will
design your plan based on a vegan diet. We will be on hand throughout
the progam to answers your questions and provide support and motivation.

Have a great day

Steve
Sixpacknow.oom"

And yeah, he mispelled both my name and their domain.

Have you seen their site?
Is it reliable to work "online" with a training expert?

Im on losing some weight, as you can see pics of me in here http://training.fitness.com/new-memb...ale-32664.html
So I want to make sure I dont get a health problem due to "experimenting" with an online program.

Thank you for reading

Working with an online trainer is never best and if they are already making spelling mistakes then what is their training going to be like. Your training won't have to be special just because you are a vegan. Your diet is special and should provide you with the right nutrients to make up for the ones you cannot digest from meats etc. your training program should be developed for your goals.

As a personal trainer myself I am always wary of anything that promises 6 pack in 5 minutes or anything along those lines. Whilst the website you contacted may actually be very good at training I think if you are having doubts then avoid it. Especially when there are so many options on the internet and some of them completely free.

If I were you I would go for one of the free options first to see if this form of training works for you before you even consider parting with any money.

One such site that I gave top marks to at beebleblog.com is called Fitness.com - Free Exercises, Fitness Equipment, Customized Workout, Fitness Programs, Fitness Articles, Beauty Fitness, Weight Loss, Weight Training, Diet Plans in fact I liked the program so much I design exercise routines for them. It is completely free to join and there are a lot of programs to join, there are also groups of like minded people to join if you enjoy the community spirit. There is a pro option that costs a small amount of money but the free one is so good I don't feel that there is too much need.

Anyway I hope this helps and good luck!
