PT Cert through your gym?

I may get my answer before anyone replies but im currently out of town so i cant go to my gym and ask but i was just wondering....at my gym all the trainers are like me, 18-21 years old, and im guessing the $500 for the cert program was hard to swallow for them as well. Does anybody know if like when you get hired by a gym that they will pay for you to get certified or is it pretty much you go spend the money THEN we will hire you??

Just hoping for a miracle lol

No miracles there i'm afraid mate, it's so much easier and cost free to hire someone with the certificate.
