So is champr23's advice best for me? Or is there any other good routes?

http://www.fitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6966
This is the recent thread that was made, and now in this one I'm posting pictures to give more in depth of what I need and what should I do to accomplish my "dream abs" lol.

And I also stole my sisters ab wheel [ssshh ;]..]. Does that work well?

And remember, I want to avoid losing weight in my arms and chest because what ever fat is left there, I'd like to turn into muscle.

Well here are the pics:

All feedback is always highly appreciated =].

Fat doesn't turn into muscle. You can't pick where you burn fat from, it just does it wherever the hell it wants lol. And could you post champ's adivice so all can see to evaluate?

My advice from b4 will make you lose belly fat if you stick with it.
You can pick to get rid of fat, from your stomach, because when you run, do core work, and eat dairy comes the fat just melts off.
To get ripped abs I suggest weighted crunches and cable pulldowns.

What?? I was wrong for years then lol. So you can't turn fat into muscle?? Hmm, I looked that up and it seems right too. Dang, so lifting weights and doing such work outs, just increases the muscle size with no substance? But this link is where his advice was http://www.mayoclinic.com/invoke.cfm...D39C58FF7BCF66. 3-10 to Get the job done.

Okay, you sound confident. It isn't like I ignored your input last time though, I really appreciated it. [Just clearing it up incase, I don't wanna seem like I looked over that ya know?] But so do you think I should do 3-10 still? And how much dairy should I eat a day? Do you mean add a lot more to my usual eating plan, or diet? And obviosly I should cancell out the sugar in my eating right?
