Question starting training

hi all im new to the website and im a 14 year old guy who is wanting to start training. i know that some of you will be thinking that, yeah hes 14 he'll give up in a week. but the thing is, is that i want to start a routine and take it seriously. has anyone any ideas to how i could start?

it isn't that good because we use the new sports hall which only school lessons are allowed or gym membership. at the moment i get about 1hour propper excersize a week and thats at the ACF doing PT (physical training) the best thing i could do is probably get stuff off ebay or argos.
