Swimming

I usually workout for about 30-40 minutes and will it be alright to spend like 15 minutes in the pool afterwards?
When should I take my Whey shake tho? before entering the pool??

I don't see why you can't do that - I do it all the time. Drink the protein shake when you are done with everything.

Depends on where you want to swim. If you are doing open water, wait for about 45 minutes after eating. The reason being is that blood is down to your stomach and you can cramp easily out in the open. If you are in the lake or ocean, be sure to have someone watching you on the shores or in the water.

As for pool, blast away. Most pools has deep and shallow ends and it's quite easy to stop if you have a muscle cramp.
