Weekly Routine: Health and Workout

Hey

I have just found out about this website and I thought this could really be helpful. In the last 6 months i have been on and off with working out. Sometimes i would do a great workout and really push myself, then next i jus couldn't be bothered. I pretty much just want what every loser wants; a good lower stomach ( 6pack). But i also want to remain on a healthy routine so this is what I am asking for please. And its ok if i am asking a lot you dont have to reply but it would be really appreciated and really helpful.

I want someone to make a weekly routine for me to do. Not just workout, but the food side of things. I want to not only be strong but to be healthy. So if someone could created a timetable/routine i would really appreciate it.

Thanks alot.
JT

Sounds like you want a trainer. It's a profession, a lot of work, and usually not free. Try doing a little bit of the upfront work yourself, posting what you're thinking of doing and asking for advice. You'll be much more likely to get help. The folks here are great, and all they generally ask for in return is a wee bit of effort.

I can do the hard work if i get into it, ive always done well under discipline.. if i set out a routine, i would do it. Thats all i need help with. Just making a timetable of what to eat and when to work out.
