    Weighted Vests

    I used one of these recently, and way so amazed I came here to talk about it.
    Personally it didn't really feel much harder and the end result was a lot better (the week before I was showing no improvement, gaining some fat, now it's gone!)
    I had been researching these things for a while. Most places only do 10kg vest but I found a really great place.
