what activity level classifications (sedentary, active, very active)?

hi
i would just like to know what active level would make me sedentary, lightly active, moderatly active, very active, extra active.
i wanna know this because of all the bmr calculators and such ...

so i know sedentary is just doing nothing all day pretty much ... just like sitting, standing a bit, typing, reading etc ...
but say i had a 4 or 8 hour shift at work stocking shelves ... would that put my active level to lightly or moderatly active for the day?

say i do a 2.5mile run in the morning? or interval training for 20 minutes ... what level would that put me up to ? moderatley active? very active?

i just dont get the classifications ... i dont know if goin for a run in the morning would make my day active?very active? extra active?

what about a run in the morning and skateboarding for a couple hours in the day? very active?
im so flustered :S heh
hope someone can help.
thnx
