What are some good exercises for home

Or where can i find good information on things i can do without a gym. I can't afford a membership right now so i need to find things i can do either in my apartment alone, or with a friend. I'm guzzling protein shakes to put on weight but i want to make sure i stay active and put that to good use and not just turn into a fatty flabby mess. Please help

get exercise dvds from library, blockbuster, or cheaply on half.com. you can even use canned foods instead of hand weights.

try googling "exercise without equipment" and you will get tons of links to many different exercises. Also you can do a search on the forum and see what others have said about this before.

cheers,
Diane

A great resource for you

I developed some great videos about bodyweight exercises, exercises using dumbells and a few others that require minimal equipment.

You can find em on youtube and expertvilage.com

Search for OC Physique

Hope that helps!
