Also, MrCrooker, I said I didn't want a six pack. | Post your diet, I bet your not eating as much as you think.

Rep Power: 4 | | | My diet is normal teenager food: pizza, sandwiches of all kinds, assorted fast foods. But lately I've started trying to stay away from fast food. Oh yeah, spaghetti, my family eats a lot of spaghetti.
The amounts are probably somthing like: 7 slices of pizza (sometimes the whole thing), either two double cheeseburgers or one with two sides, 3 platefulls of spaghetti, 3 deli style ham sandwiches...
I would do push ups but I honestly can not do them. My left shoulder begins to hurt extremely bad after about 3. It seems like the joint is weak because afterwards I can hardly move my arm in a circle without some nasty squelching and popping noises.

| Dude. Just....
Push-ups are harsh on the joints at first...keep doing them...endure the pain...it will go away. Start against a counter or on your knees and build up the intensity and slowly build up to normal push ups.
You can't get away with it! Exercise is painful, mwahhahaha!
Dude, clean up your diet. for real.
You need to take a long look at the stickies and I would also sugggest reading up on Chillen's Chillout Log. Useful info there.
I also have a very fast metabolism...and beleive me or not...what you eat isn't as much as you think...it's just pretty bad food. If you would eat as much healthy food, you would be fartin' fireballs out yo' butt man.
You are lucky, I am overweight and am struggling to cut down and you have such a nice base to start from...just build up from what you have...build up everything, you have so much to gain...don't just get abs and pecs...get it ALL.

For the next couple of days, record how much you are eating and put it into FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal so we can see how many calories you are taking in.

In whose right mind is 2 double cheeseburgers considered a lot of food? lol thats crazytalk yo. You should be eating at least 5 meals, and that's not even considering how useless the burgers are if the come from a dining hall or fast food. come'on now son! |

Rep Power: 4 | | | Is that honestly all I have to do? Eat more proteins (healthy proteins), less fatty foods, and just overall more healthy food? |

Rep Power: 4 | | | Hmm... it would look something like:
Stouffer's Panini
Some nachos
Another Panini
Maybe a PB&J or Deli sandwich
Bagel with lots and lots of cream cheese.
Pizza/Spaghetti/Burgers/Ribs/any other meat for dinner.
And then whatever I can find in the freezer for a 2 AM snack, pizza rolls, panini, bagel bites, etc.
I probably should've mentioned that I'm only 15 and 5' 10" and 117 pounds. |

my weakness. | You go to the gym for yourself, don't care what other people think. What's more embarrassing than a skinny guy going to the gym and lifting light weights is a bigger, fatter, out of shape guy going to the gym and lifting light weights also(That's where I started from, but I got over it, now I'm lifting as much as many people around me are) Trust me, no one will walk up to you and say your weak(But if someone does, who cares, you're improving yourself!). They will see that you're at least trying. Keep your chin up dude!

| Totally agree with that. Go to the gym, expose yourself, be proud...in the end you will have what you want, isn't that enough to unjustify embarrassment? Yes, yes it is.
Go kick ass my friend.
Like i said, take a GOOD LOOOONG look at all the info you can gather up, take the time and educate yourself...it won't take long...once you are armed with the proper knowledge and tools you will be more confident and will get what you want with even more ease.
You are what you eat. Eat BEEF! rawr
Grab your goals by the balls. Now get a subscription to the gym (and read the stickies!)
