I love Grapefruit, and this actually looks pretty good! However, I would have to modify the ingredients, and remove the Brown sugar with Splenda. Other than that great recipe! Thanks!

Best regards,

Chillen

Hah, sugar is the devil huh? Just kidding, I feel the same way.

Generally for me, foods that have fruits included are sweet enough for my taste.

LOL. Yes, I have this "thing" about white sugar or any "forms of it" like the commercially available brown sugar.

Its partly based on health things, but mostly based on controlling the "little things" that effect when/how much (etc) Insulin is secreted or blood sugar is elevated.

Removing this widely available and used item (and controlling carbohydrate intake), gives me more control of my food (and blood sugar) and some degree of control over this sometimes misunderstood hormonal FRIEND (as Insulin assists to shuttle in necessary nutrients and opens cells up), and sometimes hormonal FOE (because Insulin can be a storage hormone, and can hurt fat loss). So yes, to a degree (and dependent on the position of my diet and goals), I am concerned with forms of sugar and carbohydrates.

Best wishes,

Chillen
