| | | Advice for friend (doesn't like bulky legs!) I know the basics of "weight loss" and such (cardio, strength training, proper nutrition, rest, etc). However, my friend is seeking advice from me, and I want to give her ACCURATE info... Quote: |
I just bought a size 4 grad dress and I love it! It fits me perfectly ^_^. But... I'm 5'4 115lbs. I have HUGE leg muscle from running =\. I thought running was supposed to make your thighs slimmer, not make them butch looking -_-. But I have a toned stomache and I just want to loose a few inches from the hips and waist. How can I loose a few inches? I do pilates every day, and sit ups and step ups. Like, what should I be eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for snacks? I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep under a size 4.
| Should I just tell her to eat every 2-3 hours, opt to do more cardio, H.I.I.T. training?
mind you, she wants to *burn fat* not gain muscle. She soounds on the right track for me...what should i tell her to eat?
