Anyone tried riding horse to exercise?I ever met a friends on horsematch.com, he used this way to achieve the great success and enjoy the life. He also gots more encourages and meet many new friends when he tried to exercise like that way. You may have a try. Thanks for your tips.

yes, to a degree

Before getting injured I rode quite regularly.
Regardless of English or Western, if you're balanced and centered over the horse and not flopping around like a sack of *****, you're getting toned. However, you can't get away from the need for strength training with weights.
