Hey, I was just wondering what everyone listens to when they run...I find that good music helps me run longer.

| | | I like synthpop stuff like Freezepop; it's nerdy, but really upbeat and helps me run with an extra bounce in my step. I just keep hitting "next" on my iPod until I find a song that syncs with my stride, and that also helps, too.
Sometimes I wish I could figure out what beat I run at and match songs by BPM, because it makes a huge difference in my run. |
