Bodybuilding is good to improve strength, just keep in mind you won't be on dumb bells or weight machines in boot camp. For the most part it's a lot of bodyweight exercises and running.
Some exercises you might encounter:
8 count bodybuilders
planks
flutter kicks
mountain climbers
bicycle crunches
lunges
squats
pushups
pullups
situps
wind sprints
A quick search turned up these two website, but there are plenty of great resources out there:

The most important thing is probably to make sure you can meet all the requirements for the final PT test at the end of bootcamp BEFORE you leave in 6 weeks.
Good luck - I hope you can fold clothes and make a bed like nobody's business.
