Hi...I'm new

To to this site, but not to running or cycling.

I'm a middle/long distance runner and am running in the Denver Half Marathon next weekend.
Cycling credentials include a half century...planning on a full century next June.

I'd love to "meet" other runners and cyclist on this site.

We have one "rather good" cyclist and IRON MAN in none other than the "esteemed" FFer..........(FlyinFree)

Here is his log link: http://training.fitness.com/journal/...-11-25081.html

You two may share something in common........and you may get some inspiration.......he is a rather an old man....(HA, HA......Kidding!) but he IS all that!...........

Welcome to the forum.............

You are among friends!

And.........PLEASE...........ROCK ON!
