    Hydration question

Hey, I have been dieting and running for a while now, started at 230lbs now I'm down to 170. I visited some family recently for summer break and saw a cousin I haven't seen in a while. She asked to go running with me and I agreed, before I have just been drinking water to hydrate myself but my cousin has been bringing some gatorade for her and I. I looked at the ingrediants and saw sucrose which is a substitute for sugar right? but I was surprised when I also saw high fructose corn syrup and I thought I was supposed to stay away from this. I also saw that 1 bottle has a lot of sugar in it (I want to say 32g couldn't really remember I was out of breath) and was wondering if I should go back to water or is this okay? My run consists of about 3-4 miles mon-fri.

    Thanks

The only one I like is Powerade Option. 2g sugar per 8oz, so the whole bottle has 8g.

Gatorade and Powerade usually have about 32g per 8oz. Multiply that by four to get a bottle size.
I discovered I scream the same way whether I'm about to be devoured by a great white shark or if a piece of seaweed touches my foot.
