I just gotta lose this

Hello there, i am 16, and i am depretly looking to lose the love handels and gain a 6 pack. I am happy with my upper body as it looks all maintained. I go to college 9 to 5, so i am busy but when ever i can fit i run in i do it.

I am will to take any ones advice, i am currently eatting alot of fruit in the morning as a meal. i am eating sandwishes for lunch which are normarly chicken and mayo. And for dinner i normaly eat what ever is put in front of me, which can be sometimes healthly and sometimes processed food.

The reason i want to lose the love handels is, because i am going on holiday soon and would like to take my shirt off. And i would'nt mind impressing the misses.

Please can anyone help??

Ps sorry for spelling errors.

Lightbulb Everyone has time for this...

When you wake up in the morning, start off with doing 25 hindu squats - these exercises builds your stamina and lung power - which will give you the endurance you need to complete more complex exercises. Not to mention that it's a great way to boost your energy reserves so that you'll have an easier day.

Do this every morning and you will see a change in your physical appearance, and also you'll have more daily energy that you currently have.

I also recommend running in place inside your home if you don't have enough time to go outside and do it.

Your concern should be be your DIET (eating)
&& if you already know or not, you should know what your daily caloric needs are. to sustain your weight as well as lose or gain weight.

Harris Benedict Equation

visit this website and figure out what your daily caloric needs are. At the moment it seems to me that you are eating randomly. especially in your dinner times, if I were you, if you want 6 pack. or 8 pack in the matter, you should start to eat healthy, and strict, gaining abdominal definition isn't easy friend.

I know. because I'm there

feel free to pm me if u need help or just comment here. i will be sure to check bak.
