Question incoprate swimming question

hi,

i work out in the gym + run 3x a week and wants to incoporate swimming to the schedule.

should i swim or rest days? and if i want to swim instead of running on gym days, should i do so before weights or after?

appreciate any advise

What are your goals? If you only workout 3 days a week, why not swim on a different day? As long as your total workout time is less than 1 hour you should be able to recover adequately if you work out 4 or even 5 or 6 days a week.

goal: lose 2kgs.

each workout is a 11km run + 45mins strength, can i swim on 2 other days?
