Late night workout?

My hours have changed and I was wondering if it is good to do a 50 minute cardio workout as late as 9:00 at night. I have tried it and it feels great. I was wondering if it will eventually do harm.
I go in way too early to think of doing a workout before work. Any thoughts?
FYI: I use a trainer attached to my cycle.

me too love doing exercise late in the day, just couple of hours before sleep, and it feels great even when getting up next day. but people say that its not good doing exercises at night as it makes some acid (ldh,, or something) in the body

If you can exercise late, do it, better than never. I know plenty of people who exercise late, some people exercise at 2-3am in the morning. It just depends when you have the time and you have the feeling and motivation to exercise.

The only way you could hurt yourself, that I can see, would be if your sleep schedule took a hit because you weren't able to go to bed at a reasonable time. If it doesn't affect your bedtime, then I say do whatcha gotta do!
