Question Look at what I do.

I came back from Korea and I got tons of Korean fat.
I decided to lose weight right away so I joined a gym near my home.

Right now, I basically do some treadmill running, speed is around 6.5-7.0, and that is perfectly enough for girls, I think. Incline=0,that makes it a lot easier,hehehe... I walk for 3-4 mins to warm up and then start to run for about 20-30 mins every time, then I will walk again to pace down, for about 5-10 mins....I usually would run for 3.2 kilometers-3.6 kilometer. And I run at around 4:00 pm...cuz I was told that is the best time to exercise.

That's what I've been doing so far....so what do you think of it?

Good. Aim for 3-5 days a week, and when it starts to et easy, modify it. Try putting the treadmill on an incline of 2. It's easy, and will better simulate actual running.

If you can, try to run outside, I find it more invigorating than an ordinary treadmill, plus sometimes you get chased by dogs, so you get a better workout... j/k lol. Anyways but what you're doing is amazing, just one thing though and im not sure about this, but try going running in the morning after you wake up, cos supposedly you lose more fat that way. Again, Im not sure, so ask someone
