Hello! I decided to started working out not a even a month ago, and i had such a great evolution me and my family decided i should do my first run in my hometown, it was 10 KM.
It was really hard for me, i did it one hour and six minutes but i'm pretty happy with my results! I even came back home with a medal and a big trophy since i ended up on 3rd in my age bracket!
