New to Cardio training and i love it ! Any advices ?!

As the title says im new to cardio training .

Im a male , 19 years old , 177cm , 88KG , around 20 - 23 % BF (maybe less ) and im going to the GYM 3-4 times a week(started two weeks ago) , im also eating very healthy and clean since i started GYM.So coz of my increased BF , im doing cardio(treadmill) for 20 mins and my average HR is around 180+.Some times it goes up to 205 (as the machince says ). After my workout im doing some weight exercises and then again cardio for another 10 mins ... more intensive this time . Im wondering if this is a good begginer program to start off.I want to lose around 12 kg (26.4 pounds) and as much BF AS POSSIBLE ! ! ! ! !

Oh and another thing ! I LOVE CARDIO !!!!

Any advices?

Well im not a cardio expert so I will leave that to them but one thing I will say is, if you want to keep enjoying your cardio make sure you get a damn good pair of shoes.
