New to running

Hi all well I'm brand new to running and basically starting from scratch. I am really looking to lose weight and I have started eating less and eating healthier. I am also lifting every day. The final part of this is to start running. Today I'm just going to go for a 30 min jog since it's my first day. But i was just curious what kind of running workout I should start to implement. Thank you for all your help.

depends onm what your goals an stuff are.

if you ar going to run, make sure and get some decent shoes.

how far did you go in your 30 min jog?

go and read Gooch's 'specialized' journal called "running, a new endeavor" it is under mens health/journal.

and good luck to you.

running is totally cool

i mean unless it's not, then it is definately not cool

actually sometimes it is really hot. LOL!!

Sweat daily
