Optimizing Calorie & Fat Loss

I started a new job and have to really limit my workouts to 30-60 minutes a day now. Will I potentially burn more fat / calories over time if I a) run for 1hr 3 times a week burning 525 calories each time, or b) run for 30min everyday burning 275 calories each time?
